I had a dream last night that I was watching the first season of The Walking Dead along with a few other people with whom I was very friendly at the time but who I don't seem to know in reality. Even though it was the first season, there were a lot of scenes that took place in a prison. I was hand-rolling cigarettes as I watched, and they came out predictably terribly since I don't know how to do that. Somewhere along the way, I got my hands on the remote control and skipped ahead several episodes. One of my friends started to argue with me that I was disrupting the flow, but I told her "I'm just skipping through the second season: you should thank me for this, because it was boring" and she quieted down. Then there was a scene with an elder couple who were speaking Russian or somesuch language, and I couldn't quite remember having ever seen it before. She had a nosebleed and she didn't look to be in too bad a way, but even so I knew that it was just a matter of time. And then her husband, who was wearing a strange tophat, would stay by her side and eventually she would get him. I knew this even though I'd never seen the episode before. But then someone switch the TV to an animated program that was absolute crap, like a bad G.I. Joe knockoff. Poorly-drawn explosions everywhere.

I had a dream last night that involved driving on highways and going the wrong direction because my GPS was giving me trouble. Something about going really quickly to slow down time. And then I got where I was going - a bar that had a sign out front, the left side of which was blue and said "Cold Drinks All Day" and the other side of which was orange and said "Hot Drinks All Night" and I wondered if I could get a cold drink after dark or if that wasn't part of their business model.

I had a dream last night that I was at a Colour Haze show in a huge outdoor venue. I was enjoying myself backstage, but after a few minutes of that, I decided to go around to the front and watch from the normal angle. The crowd at first seemed very into it, but people thinned out very quickly and I was there with Poo who was explaining to me how he hated the band and how they were a bad version of so many other better acts that had existed before them. Meanwhile, the people on the stage were wearing strange costumes: they seemed to be dressed up as totem poles.

I had a dream last night that I was at a wedding (my own? to whom?) and there were lots of people - but more interesting to me is that there were lots of dogs. One of them looked a lot like Sookie at first, but as I got closer I saw that she was too small and had very different legs: much thinner, less muscular. Same colorations, though. Then I ran into Maureen, who said "welcome to the family!" and I didn't know what to make of that because I'm already part of her family, moreorless. And she gave me a big hug that I didn't really want.
